We know this is a stressful time for everyone, and we hope you are all taking care of yourselves at home, and especially if you need to leave the house. If you are not able to find hand sanitizer, did you know you can make it with a few simple ingredients? Or, you can have the kids make it in home school science class 😊We are available via phone and email if you need anything, and in office for emergency only patients, just call or email for more info.
HOMEMADE HAND SANITIZER:
• 3/4 cup of isopropyl or rubbing alcohol (99 percent)
• 1/4 cup of aloe vera gel (to help keep your hands smooth and to counteract the harshness of alcohol)
• 10 drops of essential oil, such as lavender oil, or you can use lemon juice instead.
