Shouldn’t you make these this weekend!

Ingredients

Crust

  • 36 Oreos, processed in food processor
  • ½ cup salted butter, melted

Cheesecake

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs

Chocolate Topping

  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Line a 9×13 pan with nonstick foil.

Crust

  1. Combine cookie crumbs and butter and press into pan.
  2. Bake 10 minutes.

Cheesecake

  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar.
  2. Add sour cream.
  3. Add peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Add eggs one at a time.
  5. Pour batter on the crust.
  6. Bake 30-35 mins.
  7. Cool to room temp and then chill until cold.

Chocolate topping

  1. Melt butter and chocolate together in the microwave.
  2. Stir smooth and pour on cold cheesecake.
  3. Chill 1 hour and cut.
